Matthias draws the world as he sees it: slightly tilted, always observant, often ironic. His illustrations reveal a sharp eye for the absurd and a talent for finding beauty in contradiction — artful, funny, and sometimes disarmingly deep. Over the years, his work has appeared in publications such as Rolling Stone, Die Zeit, Der Spiegel, and Brand eins, among many others.
